Simple, Friendly
Service that is the name of the game! At the
Porta Rossa Hotel Firenze the Reception could
not be warmer. We don't use plastic cards with
magnetic strips and you won't find a silly message
on your TV screen when you get to your room.
Instead we take your passport
and in return give you a key made from iron
attached to a keyring which weighs approximately
200 grams (you are kindly requested to hand
the key back before you go out as it weighs
too much to carry about and afterall you are
on holiday...)
Our reception staff have many
years experience in the hospitality industry
and will be only too happy to help direct you
to the nearest attractions, restaurants or shopping.
